Easy Packed Lunch Box Meals





Here are some ideas for recipes for breakfast and lunch or dinner. 

The first picture is for lunch or dinner. The two pasta can be selected for this dish either penne or angel hair pasta. 

The second picture is chicken salad. The items can be bought from NTUC. Can buy ready grilled chicken and remove the bone. Combine all ingredients and put in lunch box for you to bring on the go. Can also put a container of extra virgin olive oil as salad dressing.

This is my recipe on how to cook pasta. 


Hope this is helpful. I made this for myself to eat when I was studying my early childhood diploma and working at the same time.

Another breakfast recipe is Greek yogurt and fruits. Can put strawberry and blueberry and avocado and mixed nuts inside can get the nature’s wonder mixed nuts. The Royal mix also includes raisins if I am not wrong. All these can buy from NTUC.


For thermal lunch bag and lunch box can get something like this. The lunch box can also be microwaved.

Cauliflower, Noodles, Carrots, Egg Sardines Dish


Cauliflower, noodles, carrots, egg, sardines dish

Fill a pot with water.

Put the pot on the stove.

Turn on the stove and start the fire.

Put in the noodles, the oil and seasoning that comes in the packet.

Put in the cauliflower, carrots and the egg.

Stir in the ingredients.

Put in ground pepper, pink himalayan salt and sesame oil into the pot.

Stir it in.

Lower the heat if the water is bubbling.

If the noodles are cooked first remove it from the pot and put it aside.

Check to see if the cauliflower and the carrots are cooked.

You may close the pot with the cover and let it simmer for a while.

Check to see if the cauliflower and the carrots are cooked.

When it is cooked you can take the vegetables out of the pot and put the vegetable aside. 

Turn off the fire.

The soup can be poured into a bowl. You may use a ladle to scoop out the soup.

Now that the pot is empty. Pour some cooking oil inside. Put in the chopped onions.

Turn on the stove and start the fire.

Put in the sardines.

Lower the heat if it starts to bubble, sizzle and splatter.

Stir the ingredients with a wooden spatula.

Add in some oil if the ingredients gets dry. This will help the ingredients taste nicer more juicy and less dry and prevent it from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Close the pot cover and let it simmer for a while.

Turn off the fire.

The dish is now ready to serve.

Fishball with Meat Inside and Noodles Soup Dish

Fishball with meat inside and noodles soup dish.


Brands that you can give a try for fishball with meat inside are Bobo and Dodo brands. These brands can be found in NTUC and Sheng Siong.


Here is the recipe.

Take a pot and fill it with water.

Switch on the stove and start fire.

Put the noodles in and the seasoning and oil that comes with the packet.

Put in the minced meat you may marinate it before putting it in with sesame oil, ground pepper, pink himalayan salt and maggi sauce.

Mix the marination with the meat before putting it in the pot.

Crack an egg into the pot. Stir the ingredients to prevent egg from sticking to bottom of pot.

Put in the vegetables into the pot.

You may lower the heat on the pot if the water is bubbling.

Add ground pepper, pink himalayan salt, sesame oil into the pot. Stir it in with a ladle.

When the vegetables are cooked you can prepare to serve.

Turn off the fire.

The meal is ready to serve.

Prawn With Noodles and Vegetables


Prawn with noodles and vegetables.

Prepare the prawns. You may marinate the prawns using sesame oil, maggi sauce, ground pepper and pink Himalayan salt and set it aside. 

Put the pot of water on the stove and turn on the fire.

Put in the noodles. Add in the oil and seasoning that comes with the noodles.

Put in the prawns and the vegetables.

Lower the fire once it starts to bubble.

Add in a pinch of pink himalayan salt.

Stir the ingredients.

Add in some sesame oil.

Add in ground pepper.

Put in the chopped and peeled garlic.

Stir the ingredients.

When the prawns are cooked turn off the fire. The vegetables should be cooked by than. The prawns are the ingredients that take longer to cook finish but it should not take too long. Prawns are the meat that cook within the shortest duration of time compared to other meats example like pork and chicken which have a longer cooking time.

The dish is ready to serve.

Oats Breakfast


Here is a nutritious oats breakfast.

You can put milk instead of water to mix it into the oats. You can also try plant based milk to add to your oats. An example would be almond milk. Places to buy these would be NTUC.

Some brands that I am familiar with would be UFC velvet, Pure Harvest, Vitasoy, Pacific Foods, Marigold and Yeo's.

Can put fruits and nuts as well as raisins into the oats.


Can try this Royal Mix nuts by Nature's Wonders.

Baking with Fruits

Here I used apple to bake

Here I used cranberry to bake 

How to Bake with Oats and Fruit

Take oats mix it with water to form a paste.

Add chia seeds and mix it in.

Add chopped nuts and mix it in. You can use walnuts, mixed nuts or cashews.

Add in one tea spoon of UMF 15 manuka honey I recommend New Zealand manuka honey. Use a ceramic spoon only no metal spoon or the honey will not be effective.

Mix in the honey.

Now you can prepare the muffin tray.

Coat the muffin tray with extra virgin olive oil or with Naturel Canola and Sunflower Oil.

Now put the mixture of oats which I shall now refer to as dough into the muffin tray.

You can take the fruits such as blueberries or strawberries or grapes.

Prepare it so that it can fit into the dough neatly.

Put the chosen fruit into the dough mixture inside each muffin tray.

Put the tray into the oven to bake it for about 30 minutes.

If you decided to pre heat oven pre heat for 10 minutes and than bake for 20 minutes.

You can check with a toothpick to see if the baked foods is the texture you want.
